Your mission:

An Operating Principal (CEO Office) is one of Finoa’s general problem solvers. You will be supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership on management priorities, key company initiatives and take ownership of some of our toughest, most ambitious projects. You will be working at the core of Finoa’s strategy and journey, thus directly creating business value. 

In this role, you will:
  • Supporting the definition of our company strategy and driving its implementation into company goals and the execution of such

  • Establishing our Leadership Operating System hand-in-hand with our CEO and Senior Leadership

  • Designing our key processes to scale, driving our organizational development, owning performance management and our organisational setup with special focus on our international expansion

  • Assuming ownership of key company initiatives across several verticals and, if needed, ensuring interim leadership in certain areas of the business

  • Supporting our CEO with communication to internal as well as external stakeholders, including monthly All-Hands, On- and Offsites as well as Board Meeting preparations

What you need to be successful:
  • 4+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank/PE, or fast-growing technology company
  • Experience in leading and executing key (company) initiatives and projects, including driving alignment with respective internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to set and execute goals, with a self-driven, hard working and positive attitude
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills paired with a results-driven mindset
  • Outstanding technical skills, in particular with regards to AI application and implementation
  • Versatility and adaptability, with each day looking different than the previous one 
  • Ability to long-term build-up and lead a CEO Office & Strategy team
