Your mission:
As an Intern at Finoa, you are a vital part of our growth engine. We don't believe in "intern-only" tasks; you will be embedded into your respective team to solve real-world challenges in the institutional crypto space. Whether you are securing our infrastructure, navigating complex global regulations, or helping us find the best talent, your mission is to help Finoa scale with precision and integrity.

Finoa is currently expanding, and we have several open positions across different departments. Below, you will find a list of all the departments we are currently hiring for. Please indicate clearly in your application or cover letter which specific internship position you are applying for.

Open Internship Positions
  • People & Culture Intern: Support the full employee lifecycle, from employer branding and recruitment to team engagement.
  • IT Support Engineer Intern: Help maintain our internal hardware/software ecosystem and support the team with technical troubleshooting.
  • Finance Intern: Assist with financial reporting, accounting, and data analysis.
  • Business Development Intern: Help identify market opportunities, support sales cycles, and build institutional partnerships.
  • Compliance & AML Interns: Deep dive into Anti-Money Laundering protocols and ensure our client onboarding meets the highest standards.
  • Regulatory & Risk Interns: Research evolving crypto frameworks and help monitor/mitigate institutional risks.
  • Operations Intern: Streamline internal workflows and improve the efficiency of our daily business processes.

In this role, you will:

While your specific responsibilities will be tailored to the department you join, you will be fully integrated into our workflows from day one.
What you need to be successful:
  • You are currently pursuing or have already completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (a strong preference for Master’s students).
  • You bring solid communication skills, a deep sense of ownership, and a proactive mindset with a strong interest in innovation, technology, and emerging trends in business and finance.
  • You are naturally curious, show significant initiative, and are not afraid to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms quickly.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and excited to develop your project management abilities through hands-on experience.
  • You speak English fluently and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams across functions. German is a plus.
