Your mission:
Our Growth & Business Development Associates drive the execution of our growth and sales strategy for our staking and onchain business units. This is a high-ownership role for a builder who thrives in the fast-paced decentralized finance environment. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Growth Marketing, and Account Management, giving you high ownership and full visibility into how a tech company scales.
You’ll be the first touchpoint for new prospects (inbound + outbound), help grow our top-of-funnel through SEO and distribution, and serve as a reliable counterpart to our customers - giving you close exposure to both new revenue and customer retention for these units.
