Infrastructure Security Engineer

Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Security Engineer to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our infrastructure security pillar at Finoa. This role is key to embedding security at the core of our platform and DevOps practices by creating "security paved roads" and aligning security initiatives with compliance and audit readiness. You will work closely with DevOps engineers to enhance the security posture of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and containerized environments while standardizing best practices.

In this role, you will:

Take ownership of infrastructure security by designing and implementing secure frameworks for AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and containers.
Build security paved roads to simplify and standardize secure practices for the Platform team.
Lead the implementation of SIEM and integrate it with existing security operations.
Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible to manage secure and scalable infrastructure.
Integrate security automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab.
Work closely with DevOps engineers to adopt secure practices fostering a culture of security ownership.
Create and maintain network security infrastructure diagrams and documentation.

What you need to be successful:

5+ years of experience in cloud security, infrastructure security, and DevOps focused security engineering.
Proven expertise in AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), containers, and IAM.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Go) and automation tools.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
