Your mission

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with our team to build an efficient and high performing Finance team to have a major impact on Finoa’s business performance
• Support the day-to-day finance and accounting processes such as invoice management, monthly tax, regulatory, risk as well as investor reporting
• Research, gather and consolidate insights and support with financial analysis and business intelligence efforts
• Analyse financial trends and results, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
• Interact closely across departments within Finoa as well as with our international customer base to gather unique insights into the world of Digital Assets

What you need to be successful:

• You have finished or are currently pursuing your bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Business, Controlling / Audit or a related field
• You are reliable, self-motivated and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
• You are fluent in German and English – any other language is a plus!
• A good level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• You have a hands-on mentality, healthy entrepreneurial mindset, good under pressure as well as a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company
